Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. About us

This shop is operated by Care to Heal Ltd ("Care to Heal", "we", "us" or "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company number: 15498854
  • Registered office: 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX
  • Email: contact@drsundas.com

Our shop is hosted by Payhip, which provides the storefront, checkout and digital-delivery platform. Your contract for a digital product is with Care to Heal Ltd. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on the option you select.

2. When these terms apply

These Terms and Conditions apply when you buy a digital product from our Payhip shop. Please read them before placing an order.

The relevant product description, the price and tax information shown before payment, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy also apply to your purchase. If our Refund Policy gives you a more favourable right than these terms, the more favourable right will apply. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract;
  • the information you provide at checkout is accurate; and
  • you are buying the product for your own personal, non-commercial use, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Product description and technical information

Our products are digital downloads. No physical item will be posted unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

Each product page forms part of the contract and describes the product's main characteristics, including its content, format, language, price, delivery method, compatibility and any relevant technical protection measures or restrictions.

At the date of these terms, Talking to Your Doctor About Your Rife Machine is supplied as:

  • one English-language PDF;
  • 36 pages in A4 format;
  • approximately 670 KB, although the precise file size may vary slightly following non-substantive technical updates;
  • suitable for opening on a phone, tablet or computer using compatible PDF-reading software;
  • searchable;
  • printable for the buyer's personal use, including at high quality; and
  • capable of being digitally annotated using compatible PDF software.

The guide's file permissions restrict copying text and editing the document's contents, although the effectiveness of these restrictions may depend on the PDF-reading software used.

An internet connection is required to complete the purchase and download the file. Once the PDF has been downloaded and saved, an internet connection is not normally needed to read it.

The PDF contains searchable text but is not supplied as a formally tagged accessible PDF. A screen reader or other assistive technology may therefore not read all content reliably or in the intended order. If you rely on assistive technology, please contact us before purchasing so that you can check whether the format is suitable for you and discuss any reasonably available alternative format.

A security-based download limit may apply. Please save your copy securely after downloading it. If you are a genuine buyer and experience a problem with the download link or reach the download limit, contact us at contact@drsundas.com.

Although PDF files are widely supported, we cannot promise compatibility with every device, operating system or application. Any specific compatibility requirements known to us will be stated on the product page. This does not affect your rights if the product does not conform to information we gave you before purchase.

4. Orders and formation of the contract

When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the product on these terms. A contract is formed when your payment is accepted and Payhip confirms the order by displaying the download page or sending the email receipt, whichever happens first.

Please check your order and email address before paying. You must provide an email address that you can access, because Payhip uses it to send your receipt and download link.

We may decline an order before a contract is formed where there is a genuine pricing or description error, the product is unavailable, payment has not been authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If payment has already been taken and we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund it.

5. Price, tax and payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page. Before you place the order, the shop and checkout will show the total amount payable, including any applicable VAT, sales tax or other mandatory charge, or will prominently explain how any location-dependent amount is calculated where it cannot reasonably be calculated in advance. There is no delivery charge for a digital download.

Digital taxes may depend on your location and may be collected and remitted by Payhip. The total amount payable will be shown before you confirm payment.

Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your use of a payment provider is also subject to that provider's terms.

A price change will apply only to future orders and will not change the price of an order already accepted.

6. Digital delivery

The product is normally made available immediately after successful payment through Payhip's download page. Payhip also sends an email receipt containing a download link to the email address used at checkout.

If payment remains pending, access may be delayed until the payment provider confirms it. If you do not receive the receipt, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders and then contact us. We can resend the receipt or help correct a genuine email-address error after verifying the order.

If an event outside our reasonable control delays delivery, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the problem. If we cannot supply the product within a reasonable time, you may ask us to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

7. Cancellation rights for an instant download

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days after entering into a distance contract in which to cancel without giving a reason.

Different rules apply when you request immediate access to digital content. Before supply begins during the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you to:

  • expressly request that supply of the digital content begins immediately; and
  • acknowledge that you will lose the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins.

For an instant download, supply will normally begin immediately after successful payment when Payhip makes the download available. Once supply has begun following your express request and acknowledgement, you no longer have a change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or we did not have the right to supply it.

If your cancellation right still exists, you may cancel within the 14-day period by emailing contact@drsundas.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to. Where a refund is legally due, we will provide it within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise.

Because a digital download cannot be physically returned, we do not otherwise offer change-of-mind refunds after supply has begun, unless our Refund Policy expressly gives you a more favourable right.

8. Problems with digital content and your statutory rights

Digital content supplied to a UK consumer must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us and accepted by us, and as described. We do not exclude or restrict these rights.

If the file is corrupted, materially incomplete, does not match its description, or cannot be accessed in a way that should reasonably work with the compatibility information we provided, please contact us with the email address used for the order and a description of the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, a price reduction, a refund where we did not have the right to supply the content, or another remedy provided by law. If digital content supplied by us damages your device or other digital content because we failed to use reasonable care and skill, you may also have a statutory right to repair or compensation.

Any remedy required by law will be provided without charge and within a reasonable time. Payment-processing fees will not be deducted from a refund that the law requires us to give.

9. Personal-use licence and intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in our digital products are owned by or licensed to Sundas Chohan, PhD and/or Care to Heal Ltd. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

When payment is accepted, we grant the individual buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • download and store the product on devices personally owned or controlled by the buyer;
  • read, search and annotate it for the buyer's personal, non-commercial use;
  • print a reasonable number of copies for the buyer's own personal use; and
  • show a completed appointment checklist, the buyer's prepared notes or a brief relevant extract to the buyer's own healthcare professional solely in connection with the buyer's personal care.

Except where the law permits it or we give prior written permission, you must not:

  • share, forward, lend, upload or distribute the file or download link;
  • sell, rent, sublicense or give the product to another person;
  • reproduce or distribute all or a substantial part of the product;
  • remove or obscure copyright notices or other rights information;
  • translate, adapt or create a derivative product for publication or distribution;
  • use the product or a substantial part of it to develop or train an artificial-intelligence system, dataset, competing product or substitute publication; or
  • use the product, scripts, checklists or other content in paid services, client materials, teaching, training, courses or any other commercial activity.

You may quote limited extracts where permitted by copyright law, for example for fair dealing, criticism or review, provided any legally required acknowledgement is given.

If we reasonably believe that a download link or file is being unlawfully shared, we may suspend further access while we investigate. A serious or repeated infringement may result in termination of the licence and revocation of future download access to the extent permitted by law. Where a breach can reasonably be corrected, we will normally give you an opportunity to stop or correct it first. We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property, including seeking an injunction or damages where appropriate. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

10. Educational purpose and medical boundaries

The guide is an educational and communication resource. It is intended to help readers prepare for a calm, accurate and medically responsible conversation with a doctor. It does not provide a medical consultation, diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, emergency assessment or professional healthcare service.

Sundas Chohan holds a PhD in Cell Biology but is not a physician or registered healthcare professional. The title "Dr" refers to an academic doctorate, not a medical qualification.

The guide does not recommend that you start, continue or stop using any Rife-based or frequency device. It does not advise you to delay, reduce, stop, replace or otherwise change prescribed treatment, medication, investigations or medical follow-up. Decisions about medical care should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional who knows your individual circumstances. Seek urgent or emergency medical help where appropriate.

The guide is not an operating manual or safety manual for any device. You should read and follow the manufacturer's current instructions, warnings and contraindications, and comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you live.

References to Spooky2, GB4000, TrueRife or any other device or manufacturer do not amount to a representation that a device is safe, effective, clinically suitable, medically approved or lawful for a particular use or in a particular country. Device features, instructions, warnings, evidence and regulatory status may differ.

Using the guide does not create a doctor-patient, clinician-patient, practitioner-client, coaching or other professional relationship with Sundas Chohan or Care to Heal Ltd. The scripts, examples, questions and checklists are general and may need to be adapted to your circumstances.

We do not promise that a doctor will respond in a particular way, that a particular test or monitoring plan will be offered, or that using the guide or any device will produce a medical or other outcome.

11. Third-party names, services and links

Spooky2, GB4000, TrueRife and other names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and discussion. Unless expressly stated, no manufacturer has commissioned, sponsored, reviewed or approved the product, and no endorsement or affiliation is implied.

The product may refer or link to third-party websites, research, guidance, manufacturers or services. These references are included for context and convenience. We do not control third-party content, availability, privacy practices, products or decisions, and a link is not an endorsement. This does not reduce our responsibility for the accuracy of statements we ourselves make about the product.

12. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

The product is supplied for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption, resulting from use outside the personal-use licence.

Our obligations do not extend to the acts or omissions of doctors, other healthcare professionals, device manufacturers, payment providers or other third parties whom we do not control. Nor do we supply or control the performance or safety of a Rife-based or frequency device merely because it is discussed in the guide. This does not exclude responsibility to the extent that our own breach or negligence causes foreseeable loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts:

  • your statutory rights and remedies relating to digital content;
  • liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • liability for damage to a device or other digital content where the law gives you a remedy; or
  • any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.

13. Updates and corrections

We may correct errors or update a digital product. If a file is replaced on Payhip, an existing download link may point to the updated version. Any copy you have already downloaded will not be remotely altered.

Future updates are not included or guaranteed unless the product page expressly says that they are. We will not use an update to remove a main feature that formed part of an existing buyer's contract or to reduce an existing buyer's statutory rights.

14. Personal information

We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes using the order email address to deliver the product, verify and administer the order, provide customer support and contact you where reasonably necessary about the purchase.

Marketing consent is separate from accepting these terms and from requesting immediate delivery. You do not have to agree to marketing in order to buy a product.

15. Complaints

If you have a question or complaint about an order, contact us at contact@drsundas.com. Please include the email address used for the order, the product name and enough detail for us to investigate. We will try to resolve the matter fairly and within a reasonable time.

If we tell you that we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, we will provide the name and website address of an appropriate approved alternative dispute resolution provider where the law requires us to do so, and state whether we are willing or required to use that provider.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in force when your order is accepted will continue to apply to that purchase. A later change will not retrospectively reduce rights you already have.

17. General legal terms

If a court or other competent authority decides that part of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

If we do not enforce a term immediately, that does not mean we have permanently waived our right to enforce it later.

These terms do not give any person other than you and us a right to enforce them, except where the law provides otherwise.

18. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom or in another country, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you habitually live.

If you live in the United Kingdom, you may bring court proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. We will bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, unless the law permits otherwise. If you live outside the United Kingdom, jurisdiction will be determined by the consumer-protection and private-international-law rules that apply to your circumstances.
